Clementina (Tina). A. Ogwuma, APRN, AGPCNP-C.
Mrs. Ogwuma is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from Maryville University, St. Louis, Missouri. She is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Fort Worth Regional Nurse Practitioners Association. Mrs. Ogwuma is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice, and scheduled to graduate in the summer of 2017.

Mrs. Ogwuma believes in patient-centered care, allowing patient’s values to guide clinical decisions. She incorporates evidence-based medicine and recommendations in treating her patients. She does so in order to improve the quality of care her patient receives. She understands that every patient is unique, and takes that into consideration when developing a treatment plan. Mrs. Ogwuma appreciates all the ancillary services offered by KMG. These services promote care collaboration and effective work environment.

Mrs. Ogwuma is a wife and a mother of three teenagers. At her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
